多伞阿魏生境土壤的微生物多样性及理化性质的研究 多伞阿魏生境土壤的微生物多样性及理化性质的研究 II II Abstract Wild Ferula, a rare wild medicinal plant in Xinjiang, are declining sharply in recent years, with some species even on the verge of extinction. In addition to the known human causes (such as a large number of land clearing, over-excavation,etc.), we want to know whether it is relate to the natural environment; As well as to in-depth understanding of the soil properties and soil microbial specific circumstances in real environment of wild Ferula.Hence in this paper, taking wild Ferula growing in the southern Junggar Basin as the HYPERLINK /research/ research object, the physical, chemical and soil microbial properties of soils in its habitats were studied. The main content include the relationship between wild Ferula and the physical, chemical and soil microbial properties of soils in its habitats. It also include distribution of the Indicators of the physical, chemical and soil microbial properties in different soillayers; The influence of themicroenvironment of the ferulic distribution of ferulic and their habitats, soil properties and soil microbial diversity. It may used as the theoretical basis for the ferulics future research, conservation, development and utilization. Through the region longitudinal study of the physical and chemical properties of soil microorganisms of the rhizosphere of the four-story ferulic ferulic number of how many horizontal study on the of ferulic rhizosphere soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial and micro-topography of ferulic rhizosphere soil physical and chemicalthe impact of nature and soil microbial research,we can see:1. The ferulic soil pH is higher, the soil moisture content is very low, the growth of the physical environment is quite bad. So in situ conservation of wild ferulic or artificial propagation must be particularly concerned about the the ferulic soil pH and soil moisture.2. The ferulic growth environment is relatively barren soil nutrients,
