对培育我国制造企业国际竞争力的探讨-国际贸易学专业论文

I I 摘 要 进入 21 世纪以来,我国国际贸易迅速发展,出口贸易额和外汇储备不断创 出新高,即便是在金融危机席卷全球的阴影笼罩下,仍能保持相对于其他国家 的较高增速。在乐观的局势面前,我们更要认清我国对外贸易所面临的问题— —关于我国是贸易大国还是贸易强国之争从没有停止过,充分体现了当前我国 外贸企业所面临的困境。我国目前的出口产品结构仍然是以低技术、低附加值 的劳动密集型产品和以资源和原料密集型产品为主,科技含量低,品牌优势极 其匮乏,企业竞争力不强。在经济全球化和中国加入 WTO 的背景下,中国企业 必须积极主动的抓住机遇,迎接挑战,主动地把自己的视野和思路扩展到全球。 针对这个问题,本文在对一般性企业竞争力决定因素理论综述基础上,提 出了制造企业竞争力决定因素的六个维度和决定因素,并通过选取具有代表性 的鞋类企业作为样本,分别从成本能力,基础资源能力,产品创新能力,差异 化能力,企业运营能力和环境适应能力六个方面对我国鞋类企业的竞争力进行 全面的剖析,从而找出提升我国企业国际竞争力的有效途径和政策建议。力图 为培育我国制造企业国际竞争力提供有效的参考。 关键词 :国际竞争力 制造企业 决定因素 科技创新 II II Abstract Since entering the 21st Century, China’s international trade has developed rapidly. Even under the shadow of the global financial crisis, it has still maintained a high growth rate with ever larger export volume and foreign change reserves. Cheering as the situation is, we should however face the problems—either China is strong or simply large in trade still remains in debate, which indicates the difficulties Chinese foreign trade enterprises face at present. China’s current export structure is still based on labor-intensive products with low-tech and low added value, as well as the resource-intensive products and the raw material products. Because of its low scientific and technological content and its disadvantages at building brands, its competitiveness is indeed quite weak. Therefore, with the economic globalization and China’s entrance into WTO, Chinese enterprises are required to seize more opportunities, to face challenges actively and to broaden their vision and minds to a global extension. Based on the theory of factors contributing to competitiveness of general enterprises, this thesis brings forward the six dimensions of such factors and a decisive model. By choosing the typical footwear factories as the sample, it tries to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the competitiveness of Chinese footwear enterprises from the following 6 factors: resource capacity, product innovation, differentiation capacity, the capacity of business oper
