THOUGHTS ON IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF LABOR MEDIATION IN CHINA
ABSTRACT
Harmonious labor relations is an important foundation for social harmony, it can promote economic development, social stability and protection of great significance. Since the beginning of the 1990s, Chinas economy has entered a phase of rapid development, economic structure and development of the labor system is gradually changing. The high number of labor disputes, inadequate protection of legitimate rights and interests of workers and other issues become increasingly prominent. So in order to protect the disadvantaged workers, a series of labor laws and regulations came into being. Where labor dispute mediation system to resolve the labor dispute as the first line of defense, which features convenient way of peace should be the best way to resolve the labor dispute, but some question the existence of a labor dispute mediation system itself, so that mediation failed to play its their roles. For this reason, I believe that there is a need for in-depth study of this system in order to find effective measures to improve this system. In this paper, a systematic analysis, community survey, incomplete induction (logical thinking), comparative analysis study, from the definition of a labor dispute, the definition of labor dispute mediation system, form and meaning to start, in-depth study of labor disputes system problems and seeks to strengthen the normative and operational system of labor dispute mediation, conciliation eventually become the main way to resolve the labor dispute.
