The findings show that Changzhou College Town is lack of sports and material cultural construction, the complete physical education system is not formed, the physical education regulations need to be perfected, and the sports spirit is eager to be promoted. The students’ physical education conception is innovative, they need the further proper guidance. The schools in city areas haven’t formed the ideal, universal and relatively stable sportsmanship. The physical knowledge that the teachers taught is quite different from what the students really want to achieve, the quality of teachers and the construction of professional ranks needs to be improved, and the other teachers’ cognition on physical education also needs promotion. In a word, the potential of physical education development is great, but the sports cultural construction needs to be improved in all aspects.
