健康景观理念下的医院外部空间环境设计 The analysis of public space design in metropolitan hospital based on ‘healthy landscape’ concept 欧阳澜 成喆 王贞*1 1 1 *1 OUYANG Lan , CHENG Zhe , WANG Zhen 1 华中科技大学设计学系，武汉 430074 Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Department of Design, Wuhan, 430074 摘要 医院作为一种特殊的公共建筑类型，是为病人提供医学治疗、协助病人尽早 康复的场所。医院外部空间环境则是在城市总体规划的基础之上，具有特殊针对 性的一种社区型外部环境类型。基于医院的康复性功能要求，其外部空间环境也 需要从康复性的健康理念出发，指导其外部空间环境设计实践。 本文以健康景观理念为视角，分析并总结了当今我国医院外部空间环境设计 所面临的问题，明确健康景观理念在医院外部空间环境设计中的作用，尝试提出 以健康环境为目标的医院外部空间环境设计及营造策略。 关键词：健康景观理念，医院外部空间，环境设计 Abstract: As a special type of public building, the hospital is a place to provide medical treatment for patients and assist patients to recover as soon as possible. The public space of the hospital is based on the overall planning of the city, with a special type of community-based external environment. Based on the hospitals rehabilitation functional requirements, its external space environment also needs to start from the concept of rehabilitation health and to guide its external space environment design practice with this concept. Based on the concept of healthy landscape, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems faced by the design of the external space environment of hospitals in China today, and clarifies the role of the concept of healthy landscape in the design of the external space environment of hospitals, and the author attempts to propose the design and build strategies towards the external space environment of hospitals with the goal of a better healthy environment.
