院教学指导委员主任（院长） 学院分管教学副院长 审核人 （专业责任教授负责人） 执笔人 电气工程及其自动化专业培养方案 Curriculum for Undergraduate of Electrical Engineering and Automation Major 一、培养目标 本专业培养具有综合的电气工程及其自动化基本理论和专门知识，具备德、智、体、美全面发展、基础理论厚实、知识结构合理、适应能力强、富有创新创业精神和实践能力，能在电气工程及其自动化领域从事电力系统设计、运行、自动控制和网络信息技术开发、科学研究、生产组织协调与管理等方面工作的高素质工程技术人才。期待毕业生五年左右达到以下目标： 1.具备扎实的数学、自然科学基础能力，良好的人文素养、社会责任感和职业道德； 2.运用电气工程及其自动化专业领域的基础理论和专业知识，具有创新意识、电气工程有关的系统运行、自动控制、电力电子技术、信息处理、试验分析、研制开发、以及技术经济管理等方面的工程实践能力； 3.具有文献检索和资料查询的能力，了解电气工程技术前沿动态和发展趋势； 4.具有良好的表达和沟通能力以及团队合作和组织管理能力； 5.具有终身学习的意识, 具备不断学习和适应发展的能力； 6.具有一定的国际视野和良好的外语应用能力。 = 1 \* ROMANI.Training objectives The major aims at developing multi-skill technology talented person with good humanity accomplishment, stronger sense of responsibility and good professional ethics.
