摘 要 恩格斯的法哲学思想不仅仅是恩格斯思想的重要组成部分，而且还也是整个 马克思主义理论体系的有机组成部分。恩格斯以他和马克思共同创立的新世界观 为指导，对资本主义社会进行了分析和批判，特别其中对资本主义社会的“法” 和法律制度及其本质进行了深刻的分析和批判，逐步完善并建立马克思主义理论 体系。在我们践行中国特色社会主义道路和实现伟大中国梦的历史性时刻，怎么 正确审视和把握恩格斯的法哲学思想，对于我们年轻的一代开展社会主义建设有 着决定性的影响和借鉴。 本文从哲学的角度研究恩格斯法哲学思想，采用历史与逻辑、分析与综合等 方法，结合无产阶级解放运动的新变化，吸取国内外相关研究成果，对恩格斯法 哲学进行了归纳研究。本文分析了恩格斯法哲学的理论线索，为新形势下我国的 市场经济建设提供了理论支持。 本文恩格斯法哲学的研究主要从四个方面进行论述：首先第一章主要论述恩 格斯法哲学思想形成的背景。紧接着第二章论及到恩格斯法哲学的主要内容及本 质特点和功能，接下来，论及恩格斯对各种法学思想批判，最后探讨恩格斯法哲 学的时代地位和当代价值。坚持吸收恩格斯法哲学思想的重要观点和论断为指导， 有利于坚持中国特色社会主义道路，有利于实现中华民族的伟大复兴，有利于推 进共产主义社会的历史进程。 关键词：恩格斯；法哲学；历史地位、借鉴价值 Abstract Engelss legal philosophy thought of Engels theory is not only an important part, but also is an organic part of the whole marxist theory system. Engels in his new world view as the instruction, and Marx founded the capitalist society are analyzed and criticized, especially the law of capitalist society and legal system and its essence has carried on the profound analysis and criticism, and gradually improve and establish the theoretical system of marxism. In our practice of socialist road with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great historic moment of a dream, how to correctly examine and handle Engels law philosophy, for our young generation has a decisive influence to carry out socialist construction and using for reference. In this paper, the Engels law philosophy as a starting point of the research, the methods of history and logic, analysis and synthesis, combining the new changes of proletariat liberation movement, to draw the relevant research results at home and abroad, summarizes the research of Engelss philosophy of law. This paper analyzes theoretical clues to Engelss philosophy of law, provide research and support for the construction of market economy in our country under the new situation.
