促进铁路货物运输发展的对策研究——以湖南省娄底车务段为例-工商管理专业论文.docxVIP

摘要 随着我国国民经济的快速发展，中国运输市场的格局发 生了根本性变化，铁路运输的市场份额不断下降.中国加入 WTO 后，外资携资本、技术、管理等优势进入中国铁路运输业，必将 对中国的铁路运输业形成严峻挑战。 本文以安底车务段管内货物运输为研究对象，在调查了 1991 年一-2001 年货物运输状况的基础上，力图以一颗露珠 折射整个太阳的方法去分析铁路货物运输中存在的主要问题及 原因z 外部原因包括国家的宏观政策和其它运输业特别是公路运 输的迅猛发展:内部原因主要有运输费用过高:送达时间过长: 服务欠完善;入为的失误等等.并针对以上情况，提出桶应对策 g 加大改革力度，尽快打破垄断，引入竞争 z 客货列车分线运行， 逐步泊灭限制口 ，提高运输速度;开行五定班列，取 消车皮计划，提高服务质量;实行运输代理，建立现代物流企业. 关键词:铁路货物运输对策委底车务段 ABSTRACT Wi th the rapid development of the economy of our country， the structure of China transportation market has been changed fundamentally ，and the market share of railway transportation has been going down continously. After China entering WTO，foreign capital ，taking along the advantage of capita1 ， technology ， management ， entered railway industry of China，which wi 11 make serious challenge to the railway transportation of China.
