摘要 随着城市的不断发展，岸线地区在城市中的地位和作用也日益突出，其产业 方面的发展策略也成为一个不可忽视的问题。在重视岸线地区建设成为全球化 趋势的大背景下，岸线地区作为城市主要的生活、工作功能新发展区，面临滨 水岸线资源标准和用途的再选择问题。城市岸线地区产业发展的布局模式研究， 是一种理论层面的探索与提高，通过对宏观的整体研究，力图在更高层面上规 范产业发展布局，并使之有序健康发展。 论文首先分析了岸线地区产业发展条件的基础要素，同时对岸线地区产 业结构与空间布局的演进做了分析总结，并且归纳和分析了岸线地区产业空 间发展需要协调的各种关系。其次，在研究分析分析岸线地区产业布局的空 间需求与影响因素的基础上，提出了岸线地区产业发展的空间布局模式，包 括：产业集群化布局模式、产业腹地扩张布局模式、产业轴线延伸布局模式、 产业网络化布局模式、与城区产业联动布局模式。 最后从规划实践的角度系统地阐释了深圳市岸线地区产业空间发展原 则，提出了深圳市岸线地区产业空间布局模式选择。根据深圳市岸线地区产业 的发展现状和产业空间布局基础，提出应选择产业集群化布局模式、珠三角区 域发展轴产业联动布局模式、岸线地区与城区产业联动布局模式。并在此基础 上，提出深圳市岸线地区产业布局规划对策。 关键词 岸线地区；产业发展；空间布局；模式 Abstract With the constant development of the city, position and function in the city of area of water front are outstanding day by day, its industrys development tactics become a problem that cant be ignored.
