Mans proper handling to the crisis can turn the crisis into normal state and turn for the better, it can become solid foundation for healthy development in the future.Crisis is the way to Hells Gate, leading to stability ,and also ian important turning point of the well-being.A nation, only to learn from the disaster can obtain real progress.As a disaster-prone countries,if we want to learn something from the ancient philosophy of a mixed blessing and to win initiative the next time disaster strikes ,we should review the successes and failures of the disaster in the moment the wound has been still exist with the fear to the nature. Wenchuan earthquake caused tens of thousands of lives lost, tens of thousands of families of the tragic consequences of breaking,in addition the earthquake itself is difficult to forecast , intensity, and high strength , Longmenshan district neglect earthquake disaster prevention and planning for a long time is also an important factor that can not not be ignored.This paper, we first define the earthquake science and the concept of prevention based on the feedforward control theory and the theory of public crisis management to combine the two, through using the new theory, methods of use of case studies, reviewing the situation in Wenchuan earthquake, combined with all the typical cases happened in the earthquake, from the perspective of a new comprehensive seismic reflection of our preventive mechanisms, analysis of its problems, its deep excavative reasons. Through the analysis,we found that there are serval problems as follows in the current mechanism of Chinas prevention for the earthquake.the existence of management methods are still the main feedback control, feedforward control on the importance of the method is not enough to prevent the concept of awareness and prevention
