民营矿业企业文化评价的体系的研究 　　摘要：以企业文化评价为基点，通过对民营矿业企业文化评价体系的构建分析其文化特点，结合蒙自某矿业有限公司的具体发展状况，采用多层次多算子二型模糊数学模型，使用加权平均型模糊分析计算。通过研究，验证了该体系对于检验民营矿业企业文化的有效性；同时，提出加强企业安全意识，注重文化监控；增强基础文化培训，弥补文化距离；转变思维方式，培育多种激励手段；加强文化管理，进一步增加管理透明度等对策措施。 　　关键词：民营矿业；企业文化；评价体系；实证分析；对策研究 　　中图分类号：F270-05 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1671-1254（2015）02-0061-07 　　Abstract： Based on the evaluation of enterprise culture，this paper analyzes its cultural characteristics through the cultural evaluation system building of the non-state-owned enterprises using the developmental situations of a Mengzi Mining Ltd Co， as a study case， a two fuzzy mathematical m
