数控技术工艺流程分析毕业设计.docx

摘 要 数控加工设计是必须以机械制造基础中的基本功以理论作为理论知识的基础框架。在通过自己做学习的结合，精度、热处理、加工要求、技术要求（如精度、柔性）等各个方面的综合知识。来克服解决数控加工中的工艺问题，主要是要求自己掌握一般车床的操作技巧和传统加工工艺。然后对加工零件进行深度解析，画出CAD与CATIA二维，三维图纸。通过图纸可以更好地反应加工零件的形态和具体分析具体操作流程。CAD是在一个维度里面把零件的大小尺寸，配合清楚的表现在图纸里，在进行加工时做到一目了然，CATIA是在一个三维空间里将零件的一个视觉效果充分的展现出来，并且可以再电脑上通过平移，旋转进行一系列的查看，操作，可以进行一个极好的展示。工艺流程则是把一块原料通过一系列工序操作变成一个成品的过程。当然对于不同产品，或者不同的厂所对应的工艺流程是不一样的。 关键词：机械制造基础，CAD，CATIA，工艺流程  ABSTRACT NC machining design is the basis of the basic theory of mechanical manufacturing.
