To speed up the building to give priority to public transport, by rail transit network, bus, tram, etc of urban motorized travel system, at the same time improve walking and bicycle travel conditions. However, as public transport run in a fixed line, stop at fixed site dock, it is difficult to achieve the “door to door” service, need to cooperate with other traffic tools to solve the problem of the passenger flow distribution. Bicycle is a tool with good accessibility and flexible, it can be convenient for public transport transfer cohesion by part of the residents traveling, in order to increase the appeal of public transport passenger flow volume, make public transportation play its proper role into full. Therefore, in this paper, system and comprehensive study of bicycles and public transport transfer have important theory value and practical significance. This article first analyzing the characteristics of the bike, rail transportation and conventional public traffic, on this basis, have a system research on bicycle to the city public traffic transfer cohesion. Analysis two parking facilities in public transport interchange, application of parking facility site selection of TOPSIS method were studied, construct the objective optimization function to calculate and determine the weights of indicators. Design the transfer station of bicycle parking lot and analysis the traffic organization of the parking lot.
