Abstract:The otanical characters and main chemical components were studied y comparing
He eiXiangju with other Chry san themum morif o lium .Results showed that there w ere significant
differences in otanical characters in the inflorescence ud scale, the diameter of head inflorescence
and the layers of ray florets etween He eiXiangju and other cultivars of C.mor if oli um .Compared
with other C .mor if oli um , the amount of volatile oil w as 2.61-11.36 times higher;that of total
flavonoid, 1.36-3.17 times;that of chorogenic acid, 1.79-2.53 times higher respectively, sug-
gesting that He eiXiangju has higher medicinal values.
