Anhui Fisheries Technology Extension Station, Hfe ei 230039, China Abstract: T e levels of calcium and p osp orus in t e muscles , epatopancreas, carapace and cast exuviae of C inese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis , were determined during t e intermoult and 24 , 48 and 96 of postmoult respectively. T e concentrations of calcium in t e muscle in postmoult were lower t an t at of intermoult, but s owed slig t increase from 24 to 48 in postmoult. No significant c anges of calcium levels were found in t e epatopancreas w ile t e levels of calcium in t e carapace increased from 24 to 96 in postmoult. T e calcification of t e carapace was almost finis ed after 96 of moulting. T e levels of muscle p osp orus in postmoult were ig er t an t at of intermoult, but t ere were no c anges in t e later times. T e content of p osp orus increased in t e epatopancreas and decreased in t e carapace in postmoult stages.
