A Study on the Human Resource Management in Transnational Knowledge Transfer

Abstract: As the global business environment becomes increasingly dynamic, complex and unpredictable
multinationalswill lay more stress on the effective transfer and integration of knowledge between headquarter
and subsidiaries. Human resource management plays an important role in the transnational knowledge transfer.
The paper probes into the impact of human resources department on transnational knowledge transfer from the
aspects of absorption capacity, learning willingness as well as communication channels, based on which,
some practical measures for promoting transnational knowledge transfer are brought forward.
