浅谈建筑智能化系统的项目管理 　　摘要：项目管理学作为一门新兴的学科已引起全社会的广泛关注，学术界也在广泛吸收发达国家和地区的项目管理先进经验，结合我国的国情，逐步建立和发展中国的建筑智能化项目管理体系。设计标准、建设规范、规程是工程实施和工程质量评定的依据，是工程建设者追求的目标。项目管理水平的高低，直接影响到项目的质量、进度、成本、安全及其它关键要素。项目管理水平的好坏直接影响项目的进展、项目的质量和项目成本，建筑智能化系统作为建筑项目的一个分项，项目管理成功与否具有同样重要的意义。 　　关键词：建筑智能化 质量管理 　　Abstract: the project management as a new discipline has caused extensive concern of the whole society, the academy also extensively in developed countries and areas of the advanced project management experience, with the national condition of our country, and gradually establish and development of Chinas building intelligent pr
