浅谈建筑工程施工分包的现状及管理措施 　　摘要：工程分包是企业弥补资源不足的一种手段，它是我国建筑工程项目管理体制改革不断深入的产物。积极发展建筑工程分包市场是建筑业企业与国际接轨的客观要求。现阶段，我国采用分包方式管理的工程项目逐年增多，但工程分包管理中还存在着许多问题。本文分析了目前我国建筑工程项目分包管理的现状以及存在的主要问题，并有针对性的提出了几点措施和建议，以供同仁参考借鉴。 　　 　　关键词：建筑工程；施工分包；现状问题；管理措施 　　 　　Abstract: This project subcontracting enterprises make up for the lack of resources as a means, it is the product of the deepening of Chinas construction project management system reform.
