浅谈天地奔牛集团高的技能人才培养的策略 　　摘要： 随着数字技术的迅速发展，数字技术得到了广泛应用，现代化技术在各个行业中得以推广应用，各企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。以计算机机器人为标志的数字时代，对人才提出了更高的标准。而加强企业高技能人才培养除了能够为企业的未来发展增加人才储备，还能起到稳定员工队伍、提升市场竞争力的作用。企业间的竞争逐步形成以人才竞争为核心的综合实力竞争模式。国企对于高技能人才的需求日益迫切。因为国企的环境、薪酬、发展空间等原因，基本上都存在优秀人才缺乏或者人才流失等问题，基于此结合天地奔牛集团人才队伍建设现状，通过分析人才层次，就加强技能人才培养和培养队伍建设提出了几点建议。本文从四方面浅谈天地奔牛集团人才培养存在的问题及对策，天地奔牛集团简介及人才现状做好高技能人才培养工作的重性以及企业怎样做好高技能人才培养工作以及未来天地奔牛集团人才队伍建设的对策。 　　Abstract： With the rapid development of digital technology， it is widely used. Modern technology is widely used in various industries， and the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer. The digital age with the computer robot as the symbol， put forward higher standards for talents. Strengthening the cultivation of high skilled talents can increase the talent reserve， stabilize the staff team and enhance the market competitiveness. The competition among enterprises has gradually formed a comprehensive model with the core of talent competition， and the demands for high skilled talents are becoming more and more urgent. Because the environment， salary， development space and other reasons， state-owned enterprises are basically have talent loss and other issues. Based on these， combined with the present situation of talent team construction of Tiandi Benniu Group， through the analysis of the talent level， some suggestions for strengthening personnel skills are put forward.
