Key Words：Row holes;Point injection;Acute recurrent tonsillitis 扁桃腺炎的形成以乙型溶血性链球菌为主，其他如葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、流感杆菌以及病毒等也可引起。全身症状可有畏寒、高热、头痛、疲劳、周身不适食欲欠佳等，局部表现咽痛剧烈，吞咽困难，疼痛常放射至见耳部。 中医称扁桃体为乳蛾，其发病部位在咽喉部两侧的喉核处。咽喉为肺胃之门户，足厥阴肝经之所过，风热邪毒从口鼻入侵肺系时咽喉首当其冲，而致邪毒搏结喉核，脉络受阻，肌膜受灼而为病，或因多食肥甘厚腻，过饮热酒，脾胃蕴热热毒上攻所致。 由于扁桃体炎的发病率高，而慢性扁桃体炎尚无肯定有效的保守疗法，且治疗后容易复发。中西药、扁桃体局部用药、冷冻、理疗等皆有人试用，但易复发。也可进行扁桃体切除术，但近年由于认识到扁桃体具有免疫功能，对切
