PAGE PAGE 4 摘要 大型活动服务工作是当前普遍采取的做法。根据大型活动的项目化特征，可以运用项目管理的方法和技术来对其进行有效管理，最大限度地发挥志愿者这一特殊人力资源的作用，从而保证活动的成功举办。 通过对大型活动的调查和研究，探寻大型活动筹办中项目组织实施的思路，并以项目管理和人力资源管理的理论方法为基础和工具，构建一套适合大型活动项目的项目管理模式。 关键词:项目管理;人力资源;大型活动;管理模式 HYPERLINK \l _Toc232392480 Abstract It is generally accepted that the involvement of volunteers are essential to large—scale activities,Due to the projectization of a large—seale activety,volunteer project can be effectively managed with the methods and techniques of project management ,maximinzing the special human resources of volunteers,thus ensuring the activity. This dissertation aims to explore the organiztation and impementation method of volunteer project in laarge—seale activities by doing investigation and research into the volunteer service of large—scale activeties.Moreover,based on the theoretical methods and tools of project management and human resource management,a management system will be tailored for volunteer project in large—scale activeties to ensure the scientific management of volunteers recruiting，training，running，controlling，as well as its incentive and guarantee system.
