第 PAGE 14 页 摘要 随着我国工业技术发展，我国铝产量迅速增长。铝合金型材生产技术有了很大的进步，在铝挤压行业中各种挤压手段层出不穷，极大地提高了铝型材的生产率，缩短了其生产工艺流，降低了生产成本，提高了产品质量。因此，对铝合金型材挤压技术的学习并进行铝合金板带材车间工艺设计具有重要意义。 本车间主要生产的产品是6063系列铝合金门窗。年生产量为8000吨。采用目前较为先进的挤压技术，既节约了成本，又改善了工作环境，并引进了一系列高精度控制系统及精整设备，提高了生产率和产品质量。 本设计以421003、421004为典型产品进行工艺设计，主要设备选用卧室挤压机，并且对典型产品进行了工艺计算及年产量计算。最后进行车间平面布置及人员分配，投资概算等设计。 关键词: 挤压，铝型材，门窗 Abstract In recent years, the yield of aluminum alloy increased greatly. The production technology of the aluminum alloy in our country has greatly developed .we had devised the technology of continually roll casting of aluminum alloy and applied it to the real production successfully . This technology increased the efficiency of the aluminum alloy board strips greatly and simplified the process of production and improved the product greatly. Therefore ,it is of great practical importance for us to learn this technology and use it to design the workshop of roll casting of aluminum alloy . The production of this workshop can reach 8,000tons per year. The main product of the workshop is aluminum alloy of 6063 The workshops adopted advanced technology of twin-roll caster and cold roll, which is not only cut the cost, but also improve the working environment. It also introduces a series of high accuracy control system and finishing installation to improve the producing and product quality. The design regards 421003,421004 as the typical product. It works out the reasonable technological process. The main equipments are the unreversible cold bedroom extrusion machine. And the design carries on a craft calculation to the typical product, and the annual production. Finally, workshop layout, staff assignment and investing calculated are all included in this design.
