China contains abundant wind energy resources, wind energy utilization prospect. With the national policy to encourage, the wind power industry to accelerate the development, our country has gradually become the wind power. In this paper, the selection of a representative of the new energy wind power listing Corporation as the research object, first of all, combined with the national industrial policy and the low carbon economy of the background, according to the profitability index to analyze, analysis met golden wind science and technology development potential and problem of the present stage from the data acquired. Compared to other companies in the same industry and then, draws the advantages of golden wind science and Technology Company and deficiencies, and puts forward some suggestions.
