供应链信息共享的道德风险研究 在竞争激烈、信息技术水平大幅提升、科技快速发展以及客户需求日渐个性的时 代，各企业只有与其他企业联结在一起，运用自己的核心竞争力，借助供应链的整体 优势，才可以取得长远发展。整个供应链的协同性和运作效率依赖于节点上成员企业 的信息共享程度上。信息共享,可以有效地减少信息不对称现象和供应链的不确定性， 但随着供应链上层级数的增加，成员企业的增多，信息共享带来的风险将会扩大，带 来的危害将影响到更多的企业甚至整个供应链。针对信息共享中产生的道德风险采取 适当方法加以防范就可保证供应链的安全性和稳定性。降低丫道德风险，便从理论上 保证了信息共享机制的实现。 关键词供应链，信息共享，道德风险 MORAL HAZARDS OF INFORMATION SHARING IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ABSTRACT In this era which full of fierce competition，the level of information technology have enhanced，the rapid development of technology and the growing customer demand for personalized. Each company has only join together with other companies, using their core competencies, with the overall advantages of the supply chain，we can achieve long-term development. Interoperability and operational efficiency of the entire supply chain depends on the level of the supply chain information sharing. Information sharing, can effectively reduce uncertainty and asymmetric of information in supply chain. But with the increase in the upper stages of the supply chain, many companies appear, the risk of information sharing will be expanded. Harm will affect even more companies throughout the supply chain. Take the appropriate method to prevent moral hazard of information sharing will ensure the security and stability of the supply chain. Reduce the moral hazard, theoretically information sharing mechanism will be realized.
