吉林省汽车零部件物流配送节点布局优化研究 吉林市近年来，随着整车价格的K降、同行业间的竞争、原材料价格的上升 以及国际巨头的冲击，中国汽车零部件企业面临着前所未奋的压力和挑战。物流 是企业的第三利润源泉，降低物流成木，提高物流效率，对汽车零部件企业来说已 迫在眉睫。汽车零部件物流中心是集运输、仓储、装卸搬运、流通加工、包装、 配送及物流信息等功能于一体的现代化物流综合体系，是汽车零部件物流的必然 选择。吉林市人部分的汽车厂在配送零配件时仍然是沿用传统的物流方式，大多 数汽车厂还是按照传统的物流方式配送零配件，这样就制约了汽车工业物流业的 作用的充分发挥。汽车零部件物流中心功能的有效实现，主要取决于设施布周规 划的合理性。运用恰当的方法指导汽车零部件物流中心规划建设，实现各功能区 的最优布局和货位的最优分配，对于降低物流成本，提高作业效率，以及满足客户 的需求具有重要意义。 关键字：工业物流；交通运输；汽车零部件 Abstract Jilin city in recent years，with the decline in car prices，the competition among the same industry, raw material prices and rising international giant impact，Chinese auto parts enterprises are facing the hitherto unknown pressure and challenges. Auto parts logistics center is a comprehensive system of the modern logistics in one of the transportation，storage， handling, packaging, circulation processing, distribution and logistics information and other functions，is an inevitable choice for auto parts logistics. Most of the car factory in Jilin city distribution parts is still used traditional methods of logistics，most car factory or in accordance with the traditional methods of logistics distribution fittings， it restricted the full play the role of the logistics industry of the automobile industry. The effective realization of auto parts logistics center function, rationality depends mainly on the facilities layout planning. The proper use of methods to guide the planning and construction of auto parts logistics center, the optimal allocation can achieve the optimal layout and location of various functional areas，to reduce logistics cost，improve operation efficiency，and satisfy the customers demand is of great significance.
