西安工程大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 童装是近年来快速崛起并正高速发展的服装产业（从浙江巴拉巴拉童装每年以50%的速度增长即可看出），而相对的童装各项规范措施还不齐备，童装产品的质量问题和安全性问题频繁的出现，童装的生产工艺和童装产品的质量标准目前还不完善。 童装作为一种不同于成人服装的类别，其在制作过程中，存在着不同的工艺过程和工艺要求，主要是考虑儿童这种特殊的着装群体自身的服装特点和要求，同时更加注重了童装穿着安全性的要求。本文以童装的安全性为中心，童装的工艺特点以侧重点，从童装的设计，童装的工艺，童装的质检等方面与儿童穿着安全性的关系、工艺精细程度对产品质量影响、质量标准的测定方法和实施现状等基础要素出发，阐述了童装安全性的概念、影响因素、童装质量要求的参考因素、童装标准的制定及其工艺弊病修正等。着重分析了童装的工艺过程、童装的安全性以及童装标准的测定，并以浙江巴拉巴拉童装为例阐明了常见的童装工艺弊病对产品安全性、质量的影响，以及童装安全性问题工艺的改进等内容，其间采用了大量的实例图文加以说明，较为全面的分析了目前童装生产企业的工艺全过程及其特点。 关键词：童装，安全性，工艺，标准 Abstract the childrens clothing was the recent years rises fast and the high speed development clothing industry (childrens clothing grows every year from Zhejiang Balabala by 50% speeds then sees), but relative childrens clothing each standard measure was unprepared, the childrens clothing products quality question and the secure question frequent appearance, childrens clothings technique of production and the childrens clothing products quality specification was imperfect at present. the childrens clothing takes one kind to be different with grown-up clothes category, it in the manufacture process, has the different technological process and the technological requirement, is mainly considered that the child this kind of special clothing community own clothing characteristic and the request, simultaneously even more paid great attention the childrens clothing to put on the secure request.
