基于三角模型的三峡库区土地可持续利用评价 以三峡库区重庆市丰都县为研究对象，从 土地利用的经济效益可行性、社会可接受性、生态安 全性角度构建土地可持续利用评价指标体系，以熵值 法赋权重，采取加权平均法求得指数分值，并建立三 模型，分析丰都县2003-2012年的土地利用可持续 状态及发展趋势。结果表明，2005年以前处于土地利 用不可持续状态，经过5年的发展，2011年达到一般 可持续发展水平；10年间丰都县土地可持续利用发展 总体呈上升态势，整体发展趋势比较平缓，主要存在 2种发展趋势强可持续性一一般可持续性，造成可持 续性趋势减慢的原因是生态安全性不稳定。研究结果 能够在一定程度上反映出三峡库区的土地可持续利用 的状态和趋势，为库区土地合理利用提供参考。 关键词：土地可持续利用；熵值法;ZTJ模型; 关键词：土地可持续利用；熵值法; ZTJ 模型; 三峡库区 F301.24 A : 0439-8114 (2015) 05-1260-05 DOI： 10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2015.05.057 Abstract： Using Fengdu County in the Three Gorges area as object， the system with evaluation index of sustainable utilization of land resources was constructed based on the economic feasibility, social acceptability and ecological security. Weight determined by entropy and the index of average obtained through weighted arithmetic means was used. A triangle model analyzing the situation and trend of land utilization in Fengdu County from 2003-2012 was established. The results showed that the land utilization was unsustainable before 2005. But 5 years later， the situation was changed. The land utilization came up to the standard of general sustainable development in 2011. During the 10 years, the situation of land utilization according with sustainable development requirement in Fengdu County was on the rise. The trend of general development was smooth. There were two different trends including strong sustainability and general sustainability owing to the instability of the ecological environment security in this area. The status and trends of sustainable land utilization in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area were replected to a certain extent. It will provide a reference for rational utilization of land.
