基层医院鼻胃管非计划拔管护理的对策 　　【摘要】 目的：完善基层医院普外科患者鼻胃管护理，降低鼻胃管非计划拔管率，提高护理工作质量。方法：选择荣昌县人民医院普外科2013年4-11月留置胃管患者150例为对照组；选择2014年2-8月留置胃管患者153例为观察组。对照组采用常规的留置胃管护理方法，观察组采用系统管理后的胃管护理方法。比较两组患者鼻胃管的非计划拔管率，患者保护鼻胃管知识掌握情况及满意度。结果：观察组患者胃管滑脱率低于对照组，两组患者胃管滑脱率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者保护鼻胃管知识掌握情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者及家属满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：加强鼻胃管患者的护理，改进鼻胃管的固定方法可降低鼻胃管脱落率，患者能很好的掌握保护鼻胃管知识，提高患者及家属的满意度。 　　【关键词】 基层医院； 鼻胃管； 非计划拔管； 护理对策 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）12-0085-03 　　The Nursing Countermeasure of Unplanned Extubation on Nasogastric Tube in the Grassroots Hospital/LI Ping，LYU Wei-wei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（12）：85-87 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To improve the nursing of nasogastric tube for patients in grass-roots hospital，and reduce the unplanned extubation incidence，improve the quality of nursing service.Method：150 cases with the indwelling gastric tube from April 2013 to November 2013 in the department of general surgery in Rongchang County People’s Hospital were selected as the control group，153 cases from February 2014 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group.The control group was adopted the routine nursing care while the observation group was taken the nursing care of system management.The unplanned extubation incidence，protection knowledge on the nasogastric tube of patients and satisfaction were compared between the observation and the control group.Result：The slippage rate of gastric tube in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.The protection knowledge on the nasogastric tube in the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.The satisfaction about nursing care of the patients and their families in the observation group was increased more than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Reinforce the nursing care of patients with nasogastric tube，improvement of the fixation methods of nasogastric tube can reduce the slippage rate of nasogastric tube，increase the satisfaction of patients and their f
