匹多莫德联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察匹多莫德片联合地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 100例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组， 各50例。治疗组口服地氯雷他定片， 同时口服匹多莫德片治疗。对照组单独口服地氯雷他定片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率为82%；对照组总有效率为64%， 治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 匹多莫德片联合地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹， 疗效显著， 安全性高。 　　【关键词】 匹多莫德片；地氯雷他定片；慢性荨麻疹 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of pidotimod tablets combined with desloratadine tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
