Culinary Delights in China It is widely acknowledged that from the Ming dynasties onwards, there are eight major schools of cuisine based on regional cooking. (Para. 2) school: 学派 Laozi is one of the main works of the School of Taoist. Here, each and every restaurant provides delicious yet economical culinary fare.
