来氟米特联合雷公藤多苷治疗难治性肾病综合征的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨来氟米特联合雷公藤多苷治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。 方法 将60例难治性肾病综合征患者采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组予环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗，观察组予来氟米特联合雷公藤多苷治疗，治疗后对两组的临床总缓解率及肾功能各项指标治疗前后的变化情况进行比较分析。结果 观察组患者治疗后的总缓解率达90.0%，明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的肾功能各项指标较治疗前明显改善，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的尿蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐明显降低，白蛋白明显升高，且较对照组改善更显著（P0.05）。 结论 来氟米特联合雷公藤多苷治疗难治性肾病综合征能有效提高临床疗效，改善肾功能，值得临床广泛推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 难治性肾病综合征；来氟米特；雷公藤多苷；肾功能 　　[中图分类号] R692.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）06-0105-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of leflunomide combined with tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone， and the observation group was given leflunomide combined with tripterygium glycosides treatment. The clinical total remission rate after the treatment and the changes of various indicators of renal function before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment， the total remission rate of the observation group was 90.0%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. The indexes of renal function in both groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment， and the difference was significant（P0.05）. After treatment， the urinary protein， urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were significantly decreased and the albumin increased significantly， and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Leflunomide combined with tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve renal function， which is worth widely clinical application.
