And the community as a link between individual and social contact space, as the basic unit in the city，is a kind of regional community social life，refers to the people living in a certain place to form a variety of social relations and social groups，engaged in a variety of social activities of social geographical living community. But many problems exist in the process of community construction and development，such as system structure is not perfect, especially the management level is relatively backward，the division of functions is not clear，leading to low efficiency of community work. Based on this premise, a series of problems of city community construction were discussed, so that the citys development more healthy, sustained，stable.
