综合性老年社区发展的规划探析 　　摘要：“老年社区”是近几年来悄然兴起的一种全新养老模式和住宅开发理念。它不同于传统居家养老、养老院、老年公寓，是在现代住宅小区的开发兴建过程中，置入养老的理念及功能，将“被动养老”转化为“主动养老”，实质是一场新概念社区的居住运动。本文对老年社区进行范围界定，同时对西方经济发达国家的发展概况进行概述，并对美国太阳城进行研究分析，为中国老年社区的发展提供借鉴。 　　关键词：老年社区、太阳城 　　Abstract ：Elderly Community in the past few years sadly arisen a kind of new mode of providing for the aged and residential development concept.
