胰腺钩突标志性断层测量分析及临床的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：回顾性研究正常胰腺钩突标志性层面的双层螺旋CT增强表现，分析胰腺钩突形态及毗邻关系，以提高胰腺钩突疾病早期诊断的准确性。方法：抽取本院无胰腺和肝胆疾病病例87例，男68例，女19 例，年龄20～80岁，均行上腹部双层螺旋CT增强扫描。按年龄分为5组，分别测量胰腺钩突形态、大小。结果：胰腺钩突大小、形态在不同个体差异较大，钩突左侧到达肠系膜上动脉后方者较少，没有超越肠系膜上动脉左缘的。胰腺钩突横径为（31.92±6.69）mm，前后径为（21.32±4.13）mm，不同年龄患者径线比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：通过双层螺旋CT对正常胰腺钩突标志性层面进行测量，对胰腺钩突毗邻关系的分析具有实用性，对胰腺钩突肿瘤的早期发现、诊断及手术治疗方面有重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 胰腺钩突； 双层螺旋CT； 标志性层面； 测量 　　Measurement and Analysis of the Uncinate Process of Pancreas Iconic Sectional Anatomy and its Clinical Application/LUO Long-gui.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：071-073 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze retrospectively the imaging manifestations and adjacent relationships of the uncinate process of the pancreas with enhanced double spiral CT scan，to improve the early diagnostic accuracy of the diseases of the pancreas.Method：The 87 consecutive patients were chosen free from diseases of the pancreas and bile duct （male：68， female：19， age range： 20-80 years old）. All patients underwent enhanced double spiral CT scan of the upper abdominal region. The patients were divided into 5 groups according to their ages and to measure the shape and size of the uncinate process of the pancreas. Result： There were significant differences in size and morphology of pancreatic uncinate between different individuals. The situation that uncinate tip reaches the superior mesenteric artery rear was much less and none of them go beyond the left edge. The sagittal diameter of pancreas uncinate process was （21.32 ±4.13） mm， the transversal diameter was （31.92±6.69） mm. In different age， there was no statistical significance among the two track lines （P0.05）. Conclusion： It is clinically significant for the early detection of uncinate process carcinoma of the pancreas and the practical analysis of the uncinate process of the pancreas adjacent relationship by the measures. 　　【Key words】 The uncinate process of pancreas； Double spiral CT； Iconic Sectional； Anatomy measurement 　　Firs
