Reality in the Internet age information is constantly digitized files are also with the trend for the digitization. In the archives digitized time, although the study and research to our lives to bring the convenience , but in the process of digitizing archives many problems，domestic and foreign researchers to solve problems in the process of constantly deepening digital files . In the digital file processing at the end part of the destruction，often ignored by everyone .
