手术室细节护理降低医院感染效果评价 ［ ］目的探讨手术室细节护理在对医院感染的控制效果。方法 选取我院2014年4月?2016年3月于我院接受手术治疗的患者110 例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例。其中对照组患者接受常 规手术护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受手术室细节护理管理。 对比分析两组患者的医院感染和术后并发症发生率，同时比较两组患 者的护理满意度。结果与对照组患者相比，观察组患者的医院感染 率和术后并发症发生率均明显降低，差异存统计学意义（P〈0. 05）;观 察组患者的护理满意度为90. 9%，明显高于对照组的74. 5%，差异有统 计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手术室细节护理能够有效地降低医院感染 发生率，提高护理满意度，改善患者预后，在临床实施手术的过程中 值得推广应用。 和著作权归原 所有， 己 ［关键词］细节护理；手术室；医院感染；效果评价 ［ ］R472.3 ［ ］A ［文章？号］2095-0616 (2017) 07-152-03 Effect evaluation of details of nursing management in operation room on the reduction of nosocomial infection HUANG Xiaoling WEI Wcihua HU Jicyun ZHANG Xiuxia Operation Room, Longchuan Country People’s Hospital, Guangdong, Longchuan 517300, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the control effect of details of nursing management in operation room on the reduction of nosocomial infection.
