My name is …备课时，我没有充分考虑三年级学生掌握英语的实际水平，课堂实效目标未能圆满实现。　　课前，我原本认为What’s yout name? My name ’s …。句型非常简单，孩子们学起来应该不难，但对于以前没有学过英语而且对拼音掌握还不是很好的某些孩子来首是很难得，课后不教英语的一些老师都说My name ’s说起来很拗口，更何况是三年级的孩子呢?确实单词my 中m 读/m/，单词name里面m也要读作/m/,所以很多学生就直接读作my mame…，教学过程中我同时让学生掌握前面几节课和本节课学得介绍名字的两种表达方式I’m …和My name’s ..没想到有的学生将两种表达混合在一起，我问学生I’m name有的学生漏掉s直接说my name ….课堂上真是错误百出。课后与其他英语老师交流，说三年级学英语这种情况太正常了，可以在以后的课堂上逐步纠正。　　课堂前半部分学生因为多媒体中图片的出现，学习兴趣很高。可能因为练习的过程有些机械，方法有些单一，所以导致课堂后半部分有些学生积极性不高，注意力逐渐开始分散，纪律效果不太好。今后的课堂上，应该把活动设计得更丰富一些，如小组比赛，同桌表演，分角色，情景创设等等。另外，要从学生的实际水平和特点来备课，尽量设计一些符合教学内容和学生特点的活动来吸引学生的注意力，提高课堂效率。
