长春建筑学院管理学院毕业设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 本设计模拟建筑工程咨询单位对于实际工程进行招标文件工程量清单和招标控制价编制。设计题目为大洲公司办公大楼第八标段工程量清单与招标控制价编制。该工程位于河南省洛阳市。本次设计对土建、装饰 、给排水、消防、通风空调、电气工程进行工程量清单和招标控制价的编制。 本次设计的主要任务是施工招标文件工程量清单和招标控制价编制。工程量清单的编制是根据《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2008)。招标控制价采用定额计价，根据《吉林省建筑工程计价定额》进行手工算量。利用广联达计价软件GBQ4.0中的吉林省消耗定额（2009）进行上机取费，利用毕业设计调研期（2013年2月）所咨询的市场价格，进行价差调整，最后完成取费。利用广联达图形算量软件GCL2009对其实际工程进行上机绘图算量。 关键词 工程量;招标计价 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II Abstract Simulation of the design to the actual construction consulting unit works tender documents and tender BOQ preparation control prices.
