老年住宅建筑及的环境的设计的研究 　　摘要：人口老龄化已成为21世纪全球重大的社会经济问题。随着我国老年人人口的增多，老龄化成都的加剧，老年住宅需求量将会进一步加大，我们应该在学习借鉴发达国家老年住宅建设经验的基础上，充分调查我国老年人的养老需求，设计符合我国国情的老年住宅，更好的促进我国老年住宅的健康发展。本文通过改革开放30年以来人们居住文化水平的提高以及老龄化社会的到来的论述，分析了老年人的生活特点、老人养老方式存在的阶段性及其对户内生活环境的要求，阐明了适宜老人居住户内环境设计的必然性和重要性。 　　当前社会发展速度加快，社会养老产业逐渐发展起来。许多养老机构已经开始从市场经济的角度出发，以实现产业化目标来进行老年人的养老服务发展，这样导致了对老年人自身具体需求的忽视，因此搞清老年人生理基本特征与营造一个良好、安全的养老环境成为一个不可忽视的问题。 　　关键词：生理特征 ;设计原则；注意事项 　　Abstract: an aging population has become a major global social and economic problems in the 21st century. Ageing along with the increase in the elderly population in China, chengdu, elderly housing demand will increase further, we should learn from developed countries elderly residential construction experience, on the basis of full investigation pension needs of the elderly in our country, the design conforms to Chinas national conditions of elderly housing, better promote the healthy development of Chinas elderly homes. Based on the 30 years since reform and opening up people to raise the intellectual standard of living and the coming of aging society, this paper analyses the characteristics of the life of old people, the elderly pension phases and their existing indoor living environment, illustrates the necessity of appropriate within the old man JuZhuHu environment design and importance. 　　Speed of the current social development, the social pension industry is developed gradually.
