Methods 　The p atient s were matched and divided into fourminut e adeno sine infu sion and sixminut e adeno sine infu sion , each p rotocol had 32 p atient s. In two group s , adeno sine wa s infu sed at a rat e of 0 . 14 mg ·kg - 1 ·min - 1 int ravenou sly for four minut es and six minut es. At t he end of t hree minut e of adeno sine infu sion , 740 MBq 99 TcmM IB I wa s inj ect ed int ravenou sly . SP EC T myocar dial imaging acqui sition wa s obt ained 1. 5 hour s aft er adeno sine infu sion , rest myocar dial p erfu sion imaging would be p erformed following day . Re sults 　①In fourminut e and sixminut e p rotocol s , t he sen sitivit y , sp ecificit y , diagno stic accuracies of CAD were 89 % , 80 % , 88 % and 92 % , 83 % , 9 1 % , resp ectively
