Chinese medicine hospital is an important institution of providing medical services and an important part of our health care system. The medical safety of Chinese medicine hospital is closely related to the health of the masses. This paper explores the issues and challenges which Chinese medicine hospitals are facing in health and safety management, and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of medical safety. We try to reduce medical risks radically, ease doctor-patient conflicts and improve the national health service.
