工厂建造合同 PLANT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 　　第一条 定义 　　“业主”指 。 　　“承包商”指 。 　　“工厂”指在附录×中指定的构成固定设备的全部机器、设备和材料。 　　“工地”指按本合同用于建造工厂的全部地皮。 　　“工程”指承包商按本合同实施的工程。 　　“合同价格”指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。 　　Article 1-Definitions 　　The Owner shall mean . 　　The Contractor shall mean . 　　The Plant shall mean all or any part of the machinery, equipment and materials forming the permanent installation as specified in Appendix(…). 　　The Site shall mean all the land where the plant is to be constructed in accordance with this Contract. 　　The Works shall mean the works to be done by the Contractor under this Contract. 　　The Contract Price shall mean the total sum payable to the Contractor by the Owner for the Works. 　　第二条 承包商的职责 　　1. 承包商应负责设计、筹划以及在工地上建造工厂。 　　2. 除了业主根据第×条提供的项目和设施，承包商应提供所有为使工厂成功建造所必需的设备、材料、工具、设施、劳工和服务。 　　3. 承包商应根据附录×中的日程安排施工。 　　4. 承包商应根据附录×中的规定为业主培训工厂设备的操作和维修人员。 　　5. 承包商应向业主提供附录×中规定的备件。 　　6. 承包商应向业主提供附录×中指定的维修设备。 　　Article 2-Contractors Responsibilities 　　1. The Contractor shall design, engineer, and construct the Plant at the Site. 　　2. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, tools, facilities, labour and services necessary for the successful construction of the Plant except those items and facilities to be supplied by the Owner under Article (…). 　　3. The Contractor shall perform the Works in accordance with the Schedule in Appendix (…). 　　4. The Contractor shall provide the Owners personnel with training of operation and maintenance of the Plant in accordance with Appendix (…). 　　5. The Contractor shall supply the Owner with the spare parts specified in Appendix (…). 　　6.
