If only an R had appeared in this final interval, it would have been because charging was actually completed part way into this interval although no asterisk appears, and because the interval and interval average were both non-sinus.. * 1) 6 non-sinus intervals do not have to be consecutive 2) This is an example of a short charge time (e.g. charge to 2 joules only - reaches end of charge before reconfirmation) 3) A ventricular HV therapy is delivered between 20 and 30 ms of a ventricular sensed event which satisfies all the following constraints: a) charging is ended b) the arrhythmia is reconfirmed c) the sense event is not the sense event immediately following the end of charging or reconfirmation, and d) the sense event defines a nonsinus interval with a nonsinus average * 1) The final sensed event off of which the shock synchs cannot immediately follow the end of charging or reconfirmation. * 1) For sinus redetection to occur, must be 5 “consecutive” sinus. Consecutive means can be interrupted by trashed bins but not by T or F bins. 2) Middle bin with no letter in it is a trashed bin. * Intervals do not have to be consecutive. A non-binned interval will not interrupt the Sinus Redetection count. Only a T, T-2 or F binned interval will interrupt the Sinus count.
