贸易摩擦听证会话语的语用论辩研究 　　摘要：目前国内外学界对贸易调查听证会的研究较少，仅有的少量研究着重介绍听证会的核心程序与环节，缺乏深入分析与探究。而对于听证会话语的研究主要集中在政治学、新闻学和语言学三方面，忽视其论辩属性。本文借助语用论辩学的重构分析方法，分析2015年6月9日由美国国际贸易委员会举行的贸易调查听证会之中美方申诉者代表的证词，探究贸易摩擦听证会话语的论辩研究路径。 　　关键词：贸易摩擦；听证会；语用论辩学 　　Abstract：At present，there are few researches on trade investigation hearings at home and abroad.Only a few studies have focused on the core procedures of the hearing，and lack of in-depth analysis and exploration.The researches on the discourse of the hearings mainly carried out from perspectives of political science，journalism and linguistics.They seldom see hearing discours
