云南新平某铁矿选矿工艺剖析 　　【摘 要】云南新平县某铁矿，铁品位为22.98%，主要含铁矿物为磁铁矿和赤（褐）铁矿，脉石以硅酸盐类矿物为主，矿石中有用矿物结晶粒度较细。根据该矿石性质，采用阶段磨矿―阶段磁选―重选工艺对该矿石进行分选，获得铁精矿品位为56.21%，回收率为70.80%。试验结果表明：对于该类型铁矿，采用强磁抛尾工艺，可以获得较好分选指标，同时可以有效降低磨矿成本。 　　【关键词】铁矿石；阶段磨矿；阶段磁选 　　【Abstract】An iron ore in Xinping County of Yunnan province， iron grade of 22.98%，mainly iron ore mineral is magnetite and hematite （limonite）.The main gangues are silicates. The size of valuable mineral in ore is fine. According to the ore properties， using the stage grinding and stage magnetic separation and gravity separation process to this ore， iron concentrate grade is 56.
