论文作者：论文中文题目 PAGE II 2013届毕业生毕业论文（设计） 题目：公共危机中我国政府公关能力的现状研究 院(系)别 管理学院 专 业 行政管理 班 级 行政091班 学 号 091010505 姓 名 指导教师 二○一三年六月 山东交通学院毕业论文（设计） PAGE I 摘　要 目前我国正处于突发公共事件高发时期，由于各方面的因素影响了我国政府对政府公关重视不够，缺乏公关技巧，在公共危机中表现的尤为突出，造成的损失和危害令人触目惊心。如何建立健全处理各种突发公共事件的应急管理机制，提高政府应对公共危机的能力，成为构建和谐社会的一大课题。本文从阐释公共危机的概念入手，阐述了政府危机公关的内涵，分析了当前我国政府危机公关的现状及其存在问题的原因，并就这些问题提出了相应的解决对策，如提高政府领导者的危机公关能力、构建政府危机公关系统、建立公开畅通的信息沟通渠道以及构建有效的危机预警机制等。 关键词：政府公共关系，公共危机，危机管理 Abstract China is now in a period of high incidence of sudden public events, because various factors affect our government paid insufficient attention to the lack of government public relations, public relations skills. Performance in the public crisis is particularly prominent and damage is caused. How to establish and improve the processing of various public emergencies management mechanism, improve the ability of the government to deal with public crisis, has become a major subject of constructing harmonious society. This article from the concept of public crisis, expounds the connotation of the government crisis public relations, analyses the reasons of Chinas current government crisis public relations and its existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to these problems, such as improving the government leaders of crisis public relations ability, construction of the government crisis public relations system, the establishment of an open and smooth information communication the channels and the construction of crisis early-warning mechanism effectively.
