冻裂钢管柱初步有限元剖析 　　 摘要:本文介绍了某位于北方的工程，大量采用的焊接钢管柱在气温突然降至零下20℃左右时，有小部分钢管柱出现很明显的裂缝。后经查验表明钢管内存在大量积水，本文采用有限元软件模拟水结冰后体积膨胀对钢管的附加应力分布，来初步验证是否是水结冰体积膨胀导致钢管胀裂。 　　关键词:焊接钢管柱，开裂 ， 胀裂 　　Abstract: this paper introduces a located in the north of the project, the welding steel tube column used in great quantities in the temperature suddenly dropped to about 20 ℃ below zero, a small group of steel tube column appears very obvious cracks.
