电子科技大学MBA 论文 THE MIDGET WATER POWER STATION PROGRAMS FEASIBILITY STUDY ABSTRACT A feasibility study on a program is of great importance, which helps decide whether a program should be launched. The method is adopted widely in many fields. Feasibility study means investigating, analyzing natural, social, economical, technological environment and comparing the economy effect before and after the program, and demonstrating the necessity, the profitability, economical rationality, technological progress and possibility of the program. As the innovation of hydroelectricity system develop further and further, feasibility study of building hydroelectric station is becoming more and more important. National Ministry of Water Resources have authorized two regulations and applied from 1993 and 1994. They are “hydroelectric station feasibility study regulations” and “midget water power station program economic assessment regulations”. I use my knowledge in MBA study and experience in midget water power station program investment and construct, consult two midget water power station programs and some literatures to analyze the economic assessment and risk analysis methods , and then propose an optimal capital structure model, and optimal and simulation methods. The conclusion can be used to decrease the mistakes during the midget water power station programs feasibility study, increase the quality of decisions, and reduce the tax of the program operation, and improve the economy profit.
