腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后并发症影响因素分析.PDFVIP

中国普外基础与临床杂志 2018 年7 月第25 卷第x 期 • 1 •   ·论　著 · 腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后并发症影响因素分析 刘作良，谢雪虹，田洪鹏，李利发，侯华芳，张广军，周彤 川北医学院附属医院胃肠外科（二）（四川南充  637000 ） 【摘要】   目的    分析腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后的并发症及其相关影响因素。方法     回顾性分析 2013 年 2 月 至 2016 年 12 月期间符合纳入标准的 343 例接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者的临床病理资料，分析术后并发症发生 情况并用 logisitic 回归分析其危险因素。结果    343 例接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中 97 例术后发生了并发症。 单因素分析结果显示，患者的年龄、性别、体质量指数、术前贫血、术前合并疾病、肿瘤位置、肿瘤直径、手术时间 及术者经验与腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后并发症的发生有关（均 P0.050）；logisitic 回归分析结果显示，患者的年龄、 性别、体质量指数、术前贫血、术前合并疾病、肿瘤位置、手术时间和术者手术经验是术后并发症发生的独立危险 因素（均 P0.050）。结论    腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后并发症发生的独立危险因素为患者的年龄、性别、体质量指数、 术前贫血、术前合并疾病、肿瘤位置、手术时间和术者手术经验。 【关键词】  直肠癌；腹腔镜；根治性手术；术后并发症 Analysis of postoperative complications and their related factors after laparoscopic radical surgery in rectal cancer LIU Zuoliang, XIE Xuehong, TIAN Hongpeng, LI Lifa, HOU Huafang, ZHANG Guangjun, ZHOU Tong Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Institute of Hepatobiliary, Pancreas and Intestinal Disease, Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, Nanchong, Sichuan 637000, P.
