彭涵卿：生产线平衡方法在卷烟制造车间的应用研究 安徽工程大学毕业设计（论文） 2 PAGE 1 生产线平衡方法在卷烟制造车间的应用研究 摘要 生产线是企业实现生产的基础，也是企业生存之本。实现生产线平衡不仅仅可以提高产品的生产率，而且可以大大减少在制品数，保证产品的质量与稳定性。企业通常用平衡率这一量化的指标 本文首先介绍了有关生产线平衡的知识和基本概念。在文中通过简单的例子介绍了两种关于生产线平衡的方法。文章重点以安徽中烟公司滁州卷烟厂生产车间为例，介绍卷烟生产的相关过程，并根据找出的瓶颈工位做出相应的改善，对工位进行分解或者重组，从而提高生产线的平衡率。同时也为同行业提供改善经验。 希望通过对实例的分析与改善，能够更加的了解生产线平衡的重要性以及相关知识，普及工业工程中改善无止境的思想理念。 关键词：生产线平衡 工业工程 卷烟制造 工序节拍 Production line balancing methods application in cigarette manufacturing plant Abstract The production line is the foundation of the enterprise to achieve production, also is the soul of enterprise survival. To balance production line can not only improve product productivity, but also can greatly reduce the number of products, ensure product quality and stability. Companies often use balanced rate of the quantitative indicators This paper first introduces the concept and basic knowledge about production line balance. In this paper through a simple example of two on line balancing method is introduced. Articles focus on to company in anhui chuzhou cigarette factories production workshop as an example, the introduction of the related process of cigarette production, and according to find out the bottleneck stations improve accordingly, to decompose workstation or restructuring, so as to improve the line balance rate. At the same time also provides improvement experience in the same industry Hope through the analysis of examples and improvement, can more understand the importance of line balancing and related knowledge, ideas concept of the industrial engineering to improve the endless.
